Chateau Del Mar is a stylish apartment complex that offers holiday apartments. It is situated in the quiet northwest part of Sunny Beach, away from the noisy center and at the same time within walking distance to some of the most famous restaurants and bars. The complex is located 400 meters from the beach and 1200 meters from the center itself. Public transport is just a couple of minutes away, providing regular buses to Old town of Nessebar, St. Vlas or resort center. Chateau del Mar was built in 2007 in a Mediterranean style and it is a 6-story luxuriously finished building with an elevator. It offers an outdoor swimming pool with a children`s section, a green garden, small free parking lot.

The complex offers accommodation in studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments:

 * studio - one large room with kitchen area, double or two single beds and an a sofa bed, bathroom with shower cubical. Maximum occupancy up to 3 persons;

  * one bedroom apartment - kitchen area, living room with extendable sofa bed, bedroom with double or twin beds, bathroom with shower cubical, suitable for up to 4 persons;

 * two bedroom maisonette - kitchen area, living room with an extendable bed, two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds,2 bathrooms with shower, sleeps max 5.

* two bedroom apartment – kitchen area, living room with extendable sofa bed, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, suitable for accommodating up to 6 people.

The apartments are furnished with everything needed for a careless stay - kitchen appliances, enabling the preparation of light meals, coffee and tea, cable TV, double or single beds, air conditioning, a balcony overlooking the pool, bathroom with shower.
