ACCOMMODATION: Apartments offered:
- One bedroom – the square surface from 82 to 105 sq. m with kitchen box, living room with  sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom with shower cabin – suitable for accommodation of 4 persons
- One bedroom- the square surface from 125 to 133 sq. m with kitchen box, living room with sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom with shower cabin – suitable for accommodation of 6 persons
- Three bedroom - square surface- 240 sq. m with kitchen box, living room with sofa bed, three bedrooms, bathroom with shower cabin, suitable for accommodation up to 10 persons.

ABOUT THE APARTMENTS: Fully equipped and furnished, the apartments have kitchen box with washing machine, living room with comfortable furnishing (some of the apartments have 2 sofa beds) luxury bedroom with double or single beds, аir conditioners in  each room , TV set and Cable TV  are provided for the living room and bedroom.

ABOUT THE COMPLEX:  Casa Real 1 and 2 have unique gardens with more than 1000 roses, magnolias and other rare plants. The extensive and well maintained green areas provide relaxing atmosphere. The complex has big swimming pool ( 1000 sq. m) on two levels, also swimming pool for children, water bar, lobby bar with “a la carte“ menu, children playground, parking, private beach, table tennis and fitness.
