“RIO” is a “closed type” small and lovable holiday village, attracting its guests with a lovely classic atmosphere, charming architecture, good quality of service and high standard of accommodation.

Rio complex is located on the road connecting Sunny Beach and the village of Kosharitsa, at the foot of a mountain with incredible view over the Black Sea and Sunny Beach. Only 30 min walk to the beach, the complex offers nice and peaceful holiday away from the noise and then been close to all the night life and entertainment that the famous resort has to offer.
The well kept swimming pool (with children`s section and Jacuzzi) gives a fresh opportunity to rest from the summer high temperatures. The complex has also children`s playground, reception desk and a bar-bistro at the pool. There are parking lots just outside the complex. Live security is provided during summer season.

The complex offers studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments:
* studio - one large room with kitchen area, extendable sofa bed, double or twin beds, bathroom with shower cubical, suitable for up to 3 persons; 
* one bedroom apartment - kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom, suitable for accommodating up to 4 people;
* two bedroom apartment - kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms, bathroom, suitable for accommodating up to 6 people.

The apartments are furnished stylish and modern, giving you nice and cozy feeling with balconies overlooking the pool, the sea and the mountains. All the flats have fully fitted kitchen, luxury furniture in the lounge, TV, air conditioner, fully fitted bathroom with shower cabin.
